PROGRAM RULES:  Participation is limited to independent, foodservice operators residing in the United States who purchase full cases or pails of specially marked Custom Culinary® branded products. Military, contract customers, industrial ingredient, distributor customers, and employees and affiliates of Custom Culinary, Inc. are not eligible. Program participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and may be required to provide proof of products purchased. Void where prohibited. Custom Culinary, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program at any time without prior notice or liability.
